The light at the top is a picture of a tire with an exclamation point. THAT and the 'SERV TPM' means to check your tire pressure. It's either out of spec or you need to replace the tire pressure monitor sensor. If you've never replaced them, your H3 is about 14 years old and the internal battery in the sensor/sensors is shot.

You have a good working 02 sensor, save for backup. P0171 points to air/fuel ratio unbalance(too much air or not enough fuel)
Start by cleaning the fuel injectors.

From experience, make sure to remove your spare and set far away from vehicle.
Then perform relearn procedure(if you don't get a response=dead sensor)

Apparently the vacuum hose got unhooked from the plastic thing, that connected to trotlle body.. hook it back , we will see what happens...
Passed the test from the video, Apparently all work. We will see if the lights will go on again..
