When I had this issue with my H3, the valves were bent and had to be remachined

That being said, I would definitely start with cleaning the TB and MAF sensor and replacing the filter, before doing anything drastic

I cleaned the Throttle Body and MAF Sensor today. I will let you know if it makes a difference. The shaking comes every 3rd or 4th time I drive. So I need some driving to check. But when I cleaned the items. The empty black box with the tube coming out of it - don't know the name - this thing had some oil in it. Also where he tube comes out had some oil. Looked pretty nasty

Black box is the resonator. The tube is the pcv hose. Clean it good and monitor. I would pull the valve cover clean the pcv. Btw, your wires are a mess, cover/protect the wiring, and keep that engine oil clean!

Aye, your wire protection is crumbling, see these black crumbs on your cover. All your wires need to be in that corrugated tube.
Cable isolation can easily rub off if there is no protection, bibration can cause shorts and impact on engine functionality.
I guess hell of a heat was in that engine bay at some point.

You will have to go trough all your cabling in engine bay, remove crumbling protection, make sure there is no shorts, clean it up, conserve and protect!

And do as much as you can by yourself.

Looks like the previous owner of this H3 did not do much maintenance on it.

The car still shakes, I would say not as bad but it does. It looks like the RPM swing is not as bad as it was before the Throttle Body clean and MAF sensor clean. I saw all the replies about the cables. So for the next step should I take it apart again and clean up the oil and cables? Should I just wrap then individually in electrical tape or is there too much heat there and it should be something special?

Cables????? Search "wire loom". Never put oil on any wire.

Gotta ask........ go back to post #2 where I gave you a link in blue, did you click on it and READ it? If so, do what it says, that is how you address your issue. Sounds like you did items 1-3, what about 4, 5, 6 and 7?
