Default Mayhem Metal Works Steering Rack Kit

Has anyone had any experience with Mayhem Metal Works Hummer H3 Steering Rack Reinforcement Kit? Outfitter Designs does not have any in stock!

Personally, I would wait and go with Outfitter Design, but both/either will work.

Thanks @Doc Olds . I did reach out to them. I will wait to see what the time frame on restock looks like. I don’t want to cause anymore damage to her driving like this. Note* the steering wheel play isn’t bad but it is noticeable enough to cause alarm on slippery and snow roadways. Whichever happens, I will inspect the wheel bearings also just for S&G’s.

If your issue is play in the steering wheel, it's most likely NOT your rack.

I would go ahead and order these (actually, I did for the play I have in my wheel):

Amazon Amazon

and the lower shaft (3.5/3.7):
Amazon Amazon

5.3:

I think the only difference between the 3.5/3.7 and the 5.3 is the 5.3 has the heat shield.
