Actually, GVWR is 6001, curb weight is 4851 (for Alpha, less for I5), leaving 1150# of cargo/passenger capcity. Load 880# and you still have 270# available! Doc, you're still 50# short! Of course, that's based on '08 specs, other years may vary.

I'll take that as a complement.

No need to reduce beer consumption to maintain load limits.

There is NEVER a need to reduce beer consumption!

Do I need to buy torsion keys to level the front of an H3 or just crank the torsion bar. New to this don't understand the point of the torsion key. I've seen videos where they use a ratchet and just crank the bolt

The only thing that the torsion keys do is lighten your wallet.

Let's do the math here , if you reduce your beer consumption then you are just lugging around the extra weight of the beer. If you drink the beer, then you have reduced the cargo weight of your rig . See it's all about the math , drink more beer ,it will keep your rigs weight down , you will get better mpg and that will lead to more beer money .

Cool

You all know there was a lot of sense to what the moonshiners did. If you switch from beer to bourbon then it's a moot point. You can haul a lot more bang for your buck that way.

NO, do NOT buy any T Bar Keys, the stock keys will provide the maximum adjustment. USE the SEARCH function and look in the FAQ section, the max front height fender lip to hub center is 23.5".
