Ebay is where you would find the letters. The cap itself, might be more difficult.

Only the cap? I can sell an oem cap for $100+shipping. Instead you can get 2 complete cross bars, for less, to add more weight support on top. Just remove the 1 without a cap, and add 2 more cross bars. More cross bars= more weight support.

 

Do you mean, More cross bars = better distribution of the weight above them?

 

That is correct. The aftermarket crossbars on amazon are only rated @150lbs. I don't know if that is each or the pair? I do know that I (235lbs), have/can stand on either 1 of my oem crossbars in the center, and never had a problem.

 

*Related*. I have been looking for the top plastic rail piece that meets the front windshield vertical. The point over front door where they snap together has lost its connection and its gapped. Any website or part number help there?
