Default At a Loss - Changed Wheels & Tires; Won't Start

So, I just got a 2007 H3 that was starting and running just fine. We changed the wheels and tires to different ones that came with it, and relearned the TPS on the ones we just put on. Now the vehicle won't start. It started the very fist time after putting these on, now won't start. Passlock light is not on. Lights, radio, windows... everything works, but it won't even crank. It's almost like the computer isn't recognizing something or is confused. Any thoughts?
I've read a TON of threads, and none of them describe what is happening, so if I missed it, sorry to ask again.

Maybe try disconnecting the battery and then after a few minutes reconnect. Otherwise you'll need to start testing with a probe. On a side note make sure all your fuses are good and no green nastiness is present. Remove each one , one at a time and verify. Cleaning them with electronics cleaner (the fuse receptacle) then test fuse with ohm meter set to continuity.
Do not remove them all at once lol!

Also, clean battery posts and cable ends.

If you are still trying to use the Crappy Azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors, hack them off and replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand. The FIST #1 Mod to be done to every H3/H3T.

Pass lock may have just coincidentally reared its ugly head not related to trying to program TPMS?

Actually replaced the battery. Everything else is fine. Still the same.

While the Passlock 'appears' to be working, I have a feeling this thing is just so confused at this point. Was advised to put original wheel/tires back on. Did. Still the same. UGH. I have a feeling it's going to end up at the garage on a rollback.

Checked. Not it, but thanks for the idea.
