Looking for opinions on upgrading brake rotors

Really...OEM brakes lasting that long?? I had an 07 that had to have brakes and rotors done at 32k. Had that from new. Picked up the 08 Alpha with 23k, was in the shop for leaking valve stem at 28k, they said will need new brakes in 3-4k miles. I'm not that harsh on my brakes but guess I will seek another opinion!
i think the standard "line" is " will need new brakes in 3-4k miles." and they take whoever falls for the bs. women fall for car repair bs more often and thus get screwed more often. u gotta look at the stuff yourself!!
i dont trust ANY professional auto repair shops.

years ago the probe i bought had $4000 in repairs to the steering b4 i got it. then i found a steering module for $35 at a junk yard,did the fix!! the pro took a stab at it!!

Brake life can vary as much as peoples gas mileage.
Allot is determined by how you drive.

I think the H3 is another one of those vehicles where factory brake parts are the best way to go.
