Default Looking for help identifying a few parts

Work never ends just found my coolant leak and am looking for some part numbers and short description. Thank you.

Passenger side fire wall. Looking for the plastic fitting part number. It looks like is about to bust and it’s leaking. Already have the branched hose.

Also looking for the single hose that’s also running in parallel with the branched hose from the water pump. both are actually leaking at the fire wall. Last but not least I need a new cross fuel rail, can I buy just the metal portion? Thanks you.

Get rid of that spring clamp and replace with a gear clamp. The hoses are available on RA for less than $20.00 both+shipping: 15058002

Autozone has the hoses. You will also want to get the Dorman (part numbers in hummerz post below) replacement connectors which is the plastic bit between the hose and the metal tube sticking out of the firewall. Same ones on all GM trucks and they eventually will fail but usually will break when you try and take them off...
If they dont list the parts specifically for a H2 you might need to have them pull them for a 2006 Silverado and visually compare to be sure but they should be the same.

Ah - good call. Looks like those connectors are a slightly different size for the H2's.

I've also eliminated those connectors many times=1 less connection for a possible leak.
Slide the heater hose past the flare on the heater core tubes, far enough to secure the hose with a gear clamp, on the inside(firewall side) of the flare.

Thank you. The clamps are original as far as I know but they will be replaced with new clamps. Ordered the parts as our local stores didn’t have the connectors or the hose.
