Does anyone know the procedure you do when you buy a new fob? Something like turn the key on and off 7 times and do this and what the F ever??? I think when I changed the batteries that I lost contact with the vehicle.

 

this same thing happened to me in the middle of winter, I just unplugged the battery for a couple of minutes and that seemed to cure my problem

 

go to a gm dealer and lay down $25+ and they will do the only thing possible with their fancy equipment. read previous posts here, DO NOT BELEIVE THE BLATENT LIES FROM "ORIGINAL KEYLESS". they send info but it doesnt work, its all bs and lies.
trust us who have been screwed already.
i can send copies of their lies AND MY RECEIPT FROM A DEALER STATING "THIS IS WHAT IS NECESSARY"
I HAD THE DEALER SPELL IT OUT FOR MY CREDIT CARD CO TO GO AFTER THE LIERS BUT THEY LET MY HANG. so live/learn
