Yeah I have that same mount and can, that's why I was trying to figure out if someone already made a mount for the H3, but one that hangs off to the side. I don't want one that comes straight out of the back of the spare tire.
I don't understand where you intend to mount 40+lbs full? On the bumper?, can't open the cargo door. On the cargo door?, would destroy it unless you secured to the inner frame supports, like the spare is mounted.
It would be a bracket that mounts to the spare tire mount on the flat surface behind the spare tire and bends to come around the outside edge of the spare tire. Looks like no one has this idea or no one makes one. May just have to fab it up myself.
