At least on my H2 is to catch this before it goes into the combustion chamber

170K, Diagnosed it to being valves/guides/Stem Seals/Valve Covers will be doing a valve job soon, but the catch can will stay on

No, I meant how many miles of driving did it take to collect that much oil in the catch can?

I empty it at oil changes 3500/4000 miles

You change oil every 3500/4000 miles?

Ever consider of using the OLM your truck has? It is 2023 now, the change your oil every 3500 miles is OLD School's OLD School. Like 25+ years out dated.

I'm not really sure that that amount of oil, running through the intake over the course of 4,000 miles would be considered detrimental, but OK.
