I have yellow H3, and i wanted to give it a new paint job... I wanted to paint all the black plastic yellow to match the rest of my truck. Do you have any suggestions on how this should be done?

 

Would be HARD by yourself.......bite the bullet and take it to a professional paint shop....

 

There have been a few people who have had that kind of thing done. It involves using paint additives that alow the paint to flex (like on new car bumper covers) and to bond to the plastic trim. I do not know exactly how to do it. Honestly, in this instance I would follow HummBob's advice.

If you tried it on your own and it did not turn out correctly you would have a tremendous mess on your hands that would cost more to correct than just to pay a professional to do it from GO. Get a couple estimates from some reputable local shops....and then please post back and let us know what you find out and learn about the process. Thanks.
