I saw the pics, some of them had spark plug tunnels and some don’t. But it doesn’t say if it fit ?

yes I saw that topic and I looked it up and I saw the differences on and around where spark plugs goes. But my question is since there is no direct answer if I got 2006 3.5 would it fit ? Would my spark plugs be fine? And sealed ?

Here's 2 on daBay(look at pictures and notice no extra bolt hole that the 3.5L has):
3.7L valve cover
3.7L valve cover

but how would I know if they are good?
because right now the problem I am having is that I am consuming oil more than usual and a lot of people said it’s the valve cover

if I got a used one how would I know it’s not gonna do the same? That’s why I was trying to find new one
