Hummer H3 leak in footwell
My H3 is leaking water onto the passenger footwell, the water seem to be dripping from under the glove compartment, near the firewall, also by the pedals on drivers side. It is not the sunroof, I did silicone the bottom of the windscreen which seemed to help. Unfortunately it seems to be getting worse again. Any advice gratefully received.
Welcome to HF.
How do you know it is "not the sunroof?" The location of your drips sure points to the sunroof.
Have you done the sunroof drain fix and/or tested the drains win water poured onto the sunroof drain tray?

"had the drains cleaned out" ???????? I take it that means somebody other than you?
What's up with silicone around the sunroof? The roof itself is not supposed to seal 100%, there is a Tray all around it that catches any water intrusion that has a drain hole in each corner connected to hoses. If the somebody that cleaned the drains out did not know what they were doing (like with compressed air) they may be disconnected above the headliner or in the A Pillars.
Does your truck have the roof marker lights? If so, the fastener screws that hold those on are sealed by rubber grommets that with age crack and deteriorate.

Silicone was applied has a precaution by the garage (after using compressed air) until I can source a new rubber seal, it is hard to get parts here in the UK. It does not have lights but a plastic moulding, I just checked and it seems to be a little loose, not sure what to do about that.
I would say your leak was caused by the garage using compressed air which is 100% NOT the way to clear out the sunroof drains. The sunroof seal is almost irrelevant. The sunroof is not supposed to seal, not designed that way. It is supposed to keep large stuff like leaves, twigs etc.. out. The Sunroof Tray catches all the water and the drains allow it to escape the Tray to the ground staying out of the vehicle interior. When the drains are clear and connected it all works just fine.
When they leak, you will short out your BMC, might do the same to the TCCM, then you will have a can of worms going on.
Look up online how to clean/clear the H3 Sunroof drains, several vids show how. You may have to drop the headliner and pull some trim to reconnect the drains and get them cleared.
Good luck.
