Firstly, welcome to the forum! secondly, I'm not going to say it is impossible to do coil overs but will be difficult/expensive. The front end of the H3 is not setup for this shock so it'll take some fabrication and reinforcement. Maybe someone with more experience in this area will chime in. Good luck.
Only 1 H3/H3T ever that I know of with IFS AND coil overs.
A tad bit of $ ($15K+), custom fabrication of the entire front driveline and time (took them over a year) and you too can replicate it.
