Problem found and fixed. Thanks for the picture HUMMERZ I didn't realize there was the white connector behind the glove box. Turns out the Brown 12v+ lead got so hot it melted the terminal cavity and lost connection. Ran a jumper and all's well again. Probably the coldest day this Winter is when the heat will go out.

Find a better way to connect that wire! More resistance=more heat=more issues. Install new connector terminals, or cut from the connector and solder/heat shrink wrap the BROWN wire.
Yes, I plan on redoing it with shrink butt connectors and shrink quick disconnects for any future R&R. With today's heat index near 100 and humidity levels that are unbearable I just wanted to get it working until weather would give me a break. Thanks again.
The corrosion is from inside the HVAC case, causing high resistance & burns the connector. All good now with the updated module. Here's an example:

All models were recalled ( 15042 ) replaced before you got it. All I did was install 10397098 & 1 female spade. Still oem connector/harness. No problems since.
