#907 EVAP (Evaporative Emissions) Line. Connects to the EVAP Purge Valve (Solenoid) #705 at the other end.

Inside the TB Throttle (Hall Effect) sensor there are some plastic parts that do not play nice with Carb Cleaner..... plan from here out using Throttle Body Cleaner ONLY.

When you start an H3 after a TB cleaning, you don't need to time things, just be patient and let it idle until it has 100% smoothed out and back to where it should be. Never touch the pedal during that time. I just start it and let it do its thing for 10 minutes, never had any issues.

Also got it no more carb cleaner just TB cleaner from now on . Also if it's possible to reset it what signs should I look for to know the process is complete. Thank u

Sure, swap back the original TB after you spray that with TB cleaner, reconnect and fire it up. Let it run for 10 minutes +/- until idle has smoothed out and returned to a normal 600-700 RPMs in park. It should be fine after 3-5 minutes, but what does a few more minutes hurt. Disconnecting the battery while doing the swap is an option, not going to hurt anything.

If your EVAP line is cracked and leaking, that will be a part of your problem.

Ok sounds good . Now I will say I did get a p0068 which is what started all this so idk if I should put the oem TB back on what's your opinion? That code is a throttle position code.

Carbon build up in the throttle body and/or leak.

You can answer this on your own. When was the last time (how many miles ago) you cleaned the TB before that code? When was the last time you changed your Air Filter before that code?

Crud gets built up and/or the butterfly will not close completely.

Alright quick update I'm currently sitting in the ole h3 now I've done everything instructed by yall to do all oem parts are put back on and cleaned with the proper cleaners that I picked up on my way home . So while taking everything apart I found two burnt wires that were laying across the top cover of the engine so I tapped them up and they cleared two codes which I think is great . Now I'm just letting it run and the idle is smooth so far with no codes what so ever . I'll wait around 10min and take it for a spin I'll let yall know something after the drive
