Default Heating question

Hey guys, hummer finally runs great but I just want to make sure few things that are normal since I am not an expert.

1-today is 85 degrees in Florida but it feels like 95. The mirror temp shows it’s 115F. While the car running on park my temperature in the car went to the 4th line of the engine temperature. That’s the first time I see it goes that high usually it doesn’t pass the middle . Is that normal? I know the radiator been flushed and inspected with the thermostats like 2 years ago

2- when you put the hummer on 4low lock and try to drive iron dry surface . Does it feel like really sluggish and barely move when you give it gas and rpm goes up ? Is it cus it’s dry surface? I was monkey around with the settings and saw that so I wanted to make sure if that’s normal too?

Thanks

again

3/4 on the dash gauge is normal. It is not accurate enough to know what your coolant temp actually is, so you would need to use a scanner to see the correct coolant temp.

Low is LOW, takes substantially more RPM to go 10 MPH than in high. Try is on some lawn or dirt, use your H3 for what it was intended to do................... off road.

Ambient sensor reads temp from the grill, under the hood when parked high temp. Coolant temp gauge is high. Replace the>>>> 12601050

I replaced it and now I get 2 half/4 instead of 3/4
