Default Headlight under water cheap replacement

My '07 Drivers side headlight housing is taking in a lot of water.
I spent some time a few years ago, removed the headlight assemblies, thoroughly cleaned- resealed-cured -reinstalled.
Passenger side headlight housing still dry inside, drivers side is like a fish bowl.
I got a new set cheap from Amazon with halogen bulbs included I removed.
I also received 3 sets of led bulbs FREE from Vine.
I also found the source for my inoperative parking lights>>>>RELAY 89<<<< 2-pack on the way FREE from vine.
Update when I finish.

Brightest super white bulbs I've tested many.
Picture inside my garage with ALL AC LIGHTS OFF.
I will post pictures outside when I get done coating the frame with the same product I applied to a rusted 30ft I-beam in my crawlspace>>>
Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Hammered Finish Paint Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Hammered Finish Paint
I applied silver on the I-beam & black is going on my 3 frame.

that hammer finish holds up pretty well. i have an anvil and a vise mounted to a steel plate table that live outside in the elements. i painted all three 18 years ago and it still has paint on it. i had used the rattlecan version i had bought a few cases of paint on a liquidation going out of buissness sale for like 50 cents a can back then.

Thanks. When we purchased this home 2-1/2 yrs ago it was dark with a mess of rotted wood standing water dead rodents insects mold etc.... on the floor.
OVER 600 square feet of storage.
Many hours labor working on my back & knees:
Many pounds of quikrete hydraulic water-stop cement
Many gallons of drylok extreme masonry waterproofer
Many tubes of dynaflex 230 caulk
Many sheets of
silverboard insulation & pl premium poly construction adhesive/tapcon screws & foam board washers.
Many boxes 1/2" eva foam interlocking floor mat tiles
10 led panel/flood lights controlled with 4 separate circuits around
150,000lms total light
Climate controlled along with dehumidifier inside.
Right side for the wife's thousands of holiday decorations in totes.
Left side for my building construction remodeling materials.
I removed the vintage paneling access cover & installed custom double doors
The access is from the lower level family room that I cover with a wood cabinet on wheels.
Much easier to access storage vs climbing into an attic!
