Hi all i am in the process of removing the engine-transmission but i am a bit stuck.. does the transmission just unbolt from the transfer case and that stays in place ...
Also will the torque converter just simply pull out of the transmission when i pull the motor or am i missing something... is there a diagram available on the total process...

Ok thanks ... have looked through the file and it seems that the auto trans just simply unbolts from transfer car ... please correct me if i am seeing it all wrong...Cheers

 

"Transfer car"? Transfer case needs to be removed before transmission replacement: 2-prop shafts, encoder motor, 6 bolts, and 5 nuts.
