Default H3 service stab

I know this has been talked about before but I've seen different things that have been used to fix this issue or different reasons this light flashes but my H3 has a service stab system and traction failed light, usually comes on when I reach about 65 to 70mph anyone got any solutions?

Easy stuff first.

1) scan and report any codes;
2) check the Transfer Case Shift Motor and the connection and wiring to it (Transfer Case Shift Actuator). Inspect for damage, cracked frayed wires, dirt packed in the connector. Disconnect and spray both parts of the connection with electrical contact cleaner, snap back together correctly.
