Hello guys,
​​​​​​My H3 stopped cranking suddenly when I was trying to solve rough idle problem, turning off on low rpms while reverse parking or on a slope on Drive... In brief after trying to clean battery plugs, car stopped cranking, small rare pulses happened while trying, I tested the map and no signal was coming out from the pcm to start the run relay, park/neutral switch is ok. Still see the "power reduced" on dash, please advice wether it is a failed PCM or else, advanced thanks

Sorry I forgot to mention the model: 2006, vortec 3500 motor 5cyl

 

Recheck your terminal connections to battery. If you haven't already consider replacing the OEM battery connectors which are somewhat un reliable.

 

Replace the crappy azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand. The fist Mod to do to every H3/H3T.

 

Any update? Have you replaced the OEM Battery Terminal Connectors?
