H3 No Start, Fuel Pressure Issue
Thanks Hummerz! The schematic was just what I needed. I used a jump wire from the grey wire just past fuse #3 all the way to the fuel pump connector and the car started fine.
So the fuel pump power wire must be compromised somewhere in the loom between the fuse box and the pump. Funny that it would show voltage and then not when it had a load on it. I couldn't see any damage anywhere so I just ran a new wire. Thanks for the help! Saved the day!

i had a similar issue on a commercial compressor in the field.
the display would power up but the minute you started the machine everything would die. no power.
at the end of a troubleshooting session. under load the fuse would open up; but without a heavy load it allowed just enough current for the display to run making it look like all was fine.

What’s the condition of the o rings on the injectors? May be cut or torn or folded over creating a vacuum leak. Might be worth spraying some carb cleaner around the intake/pcv hoses and connections to make sure they aren’t leaking. Ensure your plug wires are all the way in as well as the connections to the coils. Make sure no wires are pinched under the fuel rail.
