Default H3 grommet?

Just bought a 2007 h3 Saturday and the dealer washed it and everything seemed okay, then the floorboard on the driver side was soaked.

I have read all the forums and watched youtube videos and assume I have the sunroof drain problem. So i pulled the grommet out and it looks like the previous owner must have drilled out the cross section part, but it has lost most of one side, and I wonder if it is not able to fully drain out?

So does anyone know where I can purchase a new grommet? I will attach pictures and anyone's input I would appreciate.

The previous owner didn't drill out the 'X', he completely cut off the retaining flange that holds the grommet in place! Don't make the same mistake with your new one!

Thanks for the help guys. Should I replace the entire hose or just pull the grommet off the 2 new hoses and install them to the old hoses?
