Some dealerships and independent shops have an ODB recorder. It plugs into the obd II diagnostic port and records information. Based on the description of the problem, it sounds like a bad electrical connection, but where? Who knows because there are so many modules, relays, switches and connections it wouldn't be feasible to change them all. The recorded information may give an indication of which area or system to focus on. This is just a suggestion and, even with the recorder, it may not pick up anything wrong.

The first modification to be done to every H3/H3T is to replace the battery terminal connectors with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand. Try that and see what happens.
