I'm asking for help on what to look for regarding the source of these issues. I really appreciate any help you can give me in identifying problems.

• Someone told me 1 through 5 could be due to a bad Body Control Module.
• item 6 scared me but it is intermittent; doesn't always smell when towed.
• item 7; shop said they didn't see anything in the front suspension
• item 8; could a hit in the front wheel cause this and if so how/why

I got T-boned by a teenager coming out of McDonalds. His Insurance company said that it was my fault. I guess I was guilty of "being there"???
He hit my passenger side wheel and the side of the bumper.

1. side/running lights shorted out
2. lights on dash go off and on
3. smelled buring wires inside passenger compartment
4. AC blows hot as soon as you move **** it a tiny bit off of the full cold setting
5. button on key fob doesn't open door locks
6. funny burnt smell after towing behind RV. It was DEFINTELY in full neutral.
7. shimmy at highway speeds
8. clunks when lightly letting offers and giving it gas again. like something has slop in it; but doesn't do this all the time.

I really appreciate your help in identifying problems

 

My best IMHO is to recommend body shop, as well as mechanic.
At this point could be anything.
