Hey...I have read a ton on this error code but not many say what their H3 does or how it acts. Mine when I start it wants to stall or close to it so it will stall sometimes and other times close to it. if I pump the gas a bit it seems to help fight it and after a minute she is running fine. Anyone else have this issue? what was your fix? I checked the gas cap and next onto the PCV hose then the vent solenoid. Is there a way to test the solenoid to see if it is working or not? TYIA!

 

P0449(vent valve) will not affect engine performance. Any fuel smell walking around your H3? Any other codes when you scan?

 

Year, Model and Miles when you ask any question. False stall is a different issue. When was the last time you cleaned your MAF with MAF cleaner and your Throttle Body with TB Cleaner?

never ever used either as my uncle is the mechanic. I figured it was the evap error issue??

 

yeah also P0300 comes up and I do smell fuel. Also during this hiccup the check engine light flashes on and off until the episode is over.

 

I would guess a leaky Injector.
