Has anyone tried the GForce chips? I'm considering adding one to a 2009 H3 hoping to improve mileage. Any suggestions??

Welcome.

You'd be better off with a PCM & TCM tune by PCMofNC.com

Gforce is nothing but a fancy ebay "chip" which will not (it is simply impossible for it to do what it claims) accomplish much by tapping into MAF circuit. It basically alters the MAF circuit voltage so the PCM thinks something other than reality is occurring, thereby tricking the PCM into doing something different than it would otherwise.... dump more fuel into the mix and advance timing. All the PCM program remains unchanged. A bad idea in a hot humid environment.

A PCM tune changes the paramaters of the factory program (and on 2008 & up.. also changes the transmission program in the Transmission Control Module) so that it/they uses reality, to in reality, produce performance gains and improve fuel economy.

It's a long story, that is the short version. Chips are crap.
