I was wondering if anyone has the actual power specs of the base factory stereo? Not the touchscreen just the standard one. I don't have the monsoon package either.

I'm asking because I just bought a Sony touchscreen head unit and I'm wondering if it will be loud with the stock speakers without an amp. the sony head unit has 55 watts and 20 watts RMS.

Yes your aftermarket Sony can power the stock speakers. The Base stereo has no external amp. only a modest internal amp, about like your Sony.
