I installed STINGERS!
Here they are still working great with my Wife's 2020 GMC battery(2020 GMC battery fits H3) installed in my H3:

That's what I've had on my H3 for 4 years now. Not a single issue, great solid design, attach very securely and stay tight, designed to perfectly fit the positive and negative post sizes, and not a spec of corrosion like you see with cheaper terminals.

Even if they don't fix your door lock problem, having solid high quality battery terminals is going to save you years of headaches chasing power quality electrical gremlins on your truck.

I've had these for 6 years now. Zero issues. Don't even remember the brand; think I got them on Amazon...could be wrong.
