Bought mine there. Only been back once for anything Hummer related (my damn power steering reservoir cap disappeared?) and it was years ago while still a Hummer/Cadillac dealer.

I called service and told them it was gone, they said they weren't sure it was a warranty item. I said if my bumper fell off, I would expect that to be covered, so why not a PS Cap????

They called back and said they ordered one and would call when it was in. Got a call about a week later, stopped by over lunch, pulled in the service bay, popped the hood, service tech came over with cap, put it on and we BSed for 15 minutes about my Aid Doc Intake, MagnaFlow Exhaust and PCM tune.

 

Where have all the Hummer servicing places gone?!

The service I get nearby is horrible. 2 hours to change oil? Delivered back even dirtier than when I drop it off.

They were not a Hummer dealership, but Buick, GMC, etc.

A former Hummer dealership, which is fantastic, is 120 miles away, so it is not viable.

Extremely frustrating.
