Default Dct p069e, p025a

Hello guys,
I have 2008 Hummer H3 base, 120K miles on it. It drives and starts as it should be, all normal, but this 2 DCT (P069E, P025A) appears sometimes. I checked Fuses and relays, fuel pressure and didn't notice any problem at all, cleaned connectors, but it still appears.
any ideas what can I check next?

Both of those are related to the fuel pump control module which I believe is part of the fuel pump assembly.
Pump in IN the fuel tank.
