You can't properly clean the terminals the problem is at the wire crimp. Btw, the master switch needs reset.

You don't need to reset anything. Get a quality set of Battery Terminal Connectors, like Stingers or your favorite brand. Do NOT use el cheapo auto parts replacements with a cover plate and two bolts. Replace the OEM terminals, they are JUNK!!!! No such thing as "not too bad."

Then do the sunroof fix for clogged drains, there is an H3 FAQ here with step by step.

Your windows and door locks will take care of themselves after 3-10 ignition cycles, just drive it a couple days and be patient. If that does not work, then you can think about looking for other solutions.

If you don't have patience, remove/disconnect the master switch, close doors, press lock on key fob. Happens everytime battery is disconnected. I take the switch inside my house, and wait overnight, then press unlock on key fob, open drivers door, connect/install the master switch, start vehicle, now all switches and key fob are working!

What is the 'master switch'? I've never had issues after disconnecting the battery.

Then just wait for the master switch to reset. In the meantime for dash lights, you can pull the headlight switch and clean the connector, if that doesn't work, check/clean inside.

Well Id like to thank everyone, I put the new terminals on this morning it not only fixed my door locks and windows, now my dash lights seem to working perfect. I did the sunroof drain fix because I noticed a little dampness on the floor and yes the plug was 100% clogged. Thank you guys, I was so close to taking it to the dealer. I just need to figure out why I have no door chimes but I'll post a new thread for that..you guys rock.

Either:
1. You have an aftermarket radio: Then someone didn't buy the proper wire harness adapter or has the chime turned off on the aftermarket chime module.
or
2. OEM: The OEM radio will send the door chime through the driver door speaker. Maybe the driver door speaker is dead?
