So here is my question. Which one is best? I know the guys on here always say Air Doc, but I like the fact that the K&N CAI raises the intake to the engine bay. I'm always worried about hydrolock when going through a deep rut or crossing standing water. Other than the Air Doc being less than half of the price of the K&N, what are the pros and cons to each?

Air dock uses the sealed cleaner box under the hood, the K&N does not seal out the engine heat.
If you are concerned with water, buy a snorkel. Some say they even increase power due to sucking in clean air above the windshield.
