I have an 08 H3 and is struggling to accelerate and rattling on idle, now the engine light came on. I'd like to get it checked over fully by someone trustworthy and who knows hummers.
Are dealerships the way to go or will they charge an arm and a leg and are there way better mechanics out there for H3s?

I’m looking for one also. I read on this forum that there is specialist at Roy Foss in Thornhill but I don’t have direct knowledge of that.

I also head that that the H2 and H3 can be serviced anywhere and that only H1 need specialized mechanics. Again I don’t know this for a fact but a few mechanics have mentioned that to me.

 

Really nothing specialized about H2s and H3s. Like a handful of only this or that, otherwise they are GM trucks. Anybody that can work on GM trucks can work on those.
