Just purchased a base 07 H3. Just want to purchase an exhaust to make it sound a little more aggresive. Not familiar with hummers at all, so Id like any input. If theres any exhausts that add a few horseys would be good too, but mainly just looking to hear a better exhaust note. Thanks.!

Any exhaust system for an I5 H3 by itself isn't going to produce more HP (you might see 1 or 2 on a dyno pull, but margin of error between pulls is easily that).
You can get some sound. If you add a CAT back with other mods (intake, PCM tune, Efan conversion, PP Throttle Body) it can help as part of an overall package.

I like my MagnaFlow CAT back, been running with it for 4 years+, sounds nice, even better when you get on it.

I got mine off ebay from a place that is no longer there through a best offer, and the prices have gone up. I offered $415 shipped and they accepted.

There are other good CAT backs from Borla (pricey), Gibson, Corsa, Billy Boat, and GM Performance (be aware the GM systems, whatever is left and available, do not come with Tips included).
