Auto Dash light

Seems my auto dash lights come on late, usually its almost dark till they come on. Is there a sensor?

Hey Win, not positive but I think they usually look something like this: https://amzn.to/3sRMFvc . I think on our H3's it's under a small plastic "window" on the dash. Maybe a good cleaning or replacement might help. Best of luck!

The sensor is a little dome on the right side of the dash just behind the windshield.
