I see a few spots online with up to 40+ hp with a $60 chip. My question is has anyone found a good chip for the h3 that's not a joke? 40+ hp? Come on! Really! I see jet has a few options but they are a little over priced in my opinion. Thanks for the info.

 

Good question... I'd also like to know too. Also maybe a tuner to adjust for oversize tires?

 

From all my research and checking, there is no miracle chip out there. The best thing I have found that's real and does help is the PCMTune for less. They state that most will get a 1-3 increase in mpg and 10-15 increase in HP. That's custom tuning your pcm and sending back to you while you use their loaner. There is nothing you can do electronically to pick up 50-60 hp.... I call BShiz... How bout it Dr? Hunner? anybody else believe this?

PCMforless.com does an awesome job. Had mine done over three years ago, No brainer, when you do it, you will be wondering why the hell you waited so long.

Nobody's "chip" will get you 40HP, but a PCM tune will make increase the drivability of your truck a bunch!
