Air leak sound under the hood

I have an 06 H3. I was checking things out under the hood and noticed a sucking/blowing sound coming from a hose that goes from the valve cover to the air intake body. It is definitely not coming from the air intake. See attached picture.

I forgot to ask if this is ok. Is it the pcv valve?
