ACDelco Warranty
Does anyone have experience with ACDelco warranties? A bit over a year ago I purchased and replaced my oil pressure switch with an ACDelco one from a local parts store. It failed, so I purchased a new one and replaced it. However, the store does not have ANY sort of warranty on ACDelco (at least on this part).
It seems that ACDelco is usually the "better" brand to go with in most cases, so I guess I assumed they would have a good warranty. I also have not gotten anywhere trying to look it up (at least for the USA).

Unless you got a written warranty when purchased (like with a starter, alternator, shocks, fuel pump etc...) simple electrical parts once installed, 30 feet or 30 minutes, whichever happens first. In other words, if it is bad when you try to first use it, you can bring it back for an exchange, otherwise you get to pay for the next replacement.
