ok, I’ll bite.

Tell me the search phrase to use that will directly return an answer to the OP’s problem.

I tried several like “AC light flashes” and “AC won’t turn on” and got lots of great results that were interesting and informative, and even learned why my new Alpha doesn’t have a steering lock while my old MT 3.7 did, but NONE of the results in the 20 pages of search result actually answered the OP’s question and the majority of the results had nothing to do with the AC at all.

There were several results with Doc chastising someone for “dragging up an old thread” when someone actually did search the forum and asked an on-topic question in an old thread. Seems like newcomers are damned if they do, and damned if they don’t.

Hummerz, you are a treasure trove of information and a real technical asset to the forum and the brand. When it comes to hard problems your knowledge is amazing. I’ve got to assume you come here because you are passionate about the Hummer. But honestly, you run so many people off by bashing them for asking the simple questions that they leave the forum and never come back. If you don’t think the OP did their homework, maybe just don’t answer and let someone else decide if they can help?

Btw, HF is the only ACTIVE HUMMER FORUM, do you ever look at the USER stats on the front page?
I don't see users running away:
