Default about gasoline type..

2007, 3.7L
Last year I was putting in it gas super or gold- whatever you want to call it. Yes , its more expensive, but also its give more millage, I like more the performance as well.
Someone told me its a not a good thing for that engine, better put regular.
Any opinions?
P.s.
Where I can get the pdf of owner manual?
Cheers

If you are using anything with an Octane more than 87, you are throwing $$ out the window. A stock H3 tune cannot take advantage of more than 87. You can fill with 103 Av gas, your stock H3 cannot use it to increase performance, you would need an aftermarket tune to start taking advantage of 87+.

Fair enough. I just noticed one thing, with higher octane gas, I have more mileage, also (maybe I delusional) engine working smoother

The minimal gain on fuel economy doesn't justify the added cost for premium. A local gas station I use is @ $1.85 gallon regular and $2.69 gallon premium today. @16mpg with regular, I would need to get to 23mpg to break even with premium. Not gonna happen!
