I'll add my two cents. If what you've got is the Color Of Money, be prepared to look all Knight and Day into Oblivion for that Rancho kit. Occasionally they pop up on eBay. This is Far and Away the most ridiculous thread I've read in a long time.

Cool

I realize it's all about personal choice but logistically I'm not quite sure why anyone would want to lift an H3 with the 3.7 I5 engine. It's extremely underpowered as it is with the stock set up. Adding height and larger tires can only make it more of a dog. But then I don't take mine into places where additional lift is necessary. Not putting anyone down but to each his own I guess.

Yes they did cause a lot of collateral damage hahaha - well said! Also, great movie haha

Seriously though. Maybe I'll just look into air-bagging it and putting the t-bars back to factory. I love this rig and it's a fantastic wheeler and is fairly amazing. It is growing tiresome looking for a decent lift for it though. I am willing to go to The Firm and have an Interview With A Vampire to get this thing where I want it to be. I will gladly show them the money if something becomes available.

For a minute there I though I was Losin' It..... when the OP joined up to ask his questions we all assumed he was one of The Outsiders, turns out he's buddies with our friend Jerry Maguire.

Next thing you know the OP will be asking about how to install a Colorado rifle rack for his Top Gun.

Seriously though, if you end up getting a lift, make sure it's one with The Firm springs. And please, check the weather before installing so you don't get stuck doing it in The Rain Man.

Just be careful driving lifted on the days of thunder especially around corners during a heavy rain.Man,I have seen graphic videos of people losing control with their eyes wide shut.

This thread is really refreshing.

I'm sure I'll be "the graduate" by the end of this thread lol!

Actually on a serious side of things I'm certain with some delving into some of the lift kits available in the market we could find some arms made for other brands that could be made to work.
Toyota, Nissan,GM all have ifs.
There have got to be uca, lca that could be altered to work.
I know Toyota has a **** ful lol of kits of every imaginable size.
GM has the suburban, s10 etc..

I think the difficult part about the lift are the lift knuckles. The rest of the items require a fab shop but those knucles are a cast piece.

I actually have high hopes for Nissan and Toyota parts fitting. Throw some GM in there.. BAM! But I agree with AMRG in saying the lift knuckles are going to be the hard part. I saw a video/thread where someone used a bunch of GM parts from an H2 and other GM vehicles to make a SWEET long arm Baja setup for their H3. It was a little too much fab work for me. I'm looking for something that will just bolt on and replace the parts with ones that will make it taller and more off road ready. I just have an Endless Love for this thing and hope that The Others come up with a good lift that will send us to The Edge of Tomorrow.

Maybe if we bribe Rancho to start again lol OR we could find someone with their lift kit and make molds of it and make our own lifts.... that might be more doable than bribing Rancho. I argue with them monthly about how they set unrealistic expectations for the H3 haha
