Default 2008 H3 Power Seat Track issues

I have search and search the internet Ebay Amazon Google auto parts stores. No one seems to sell parts for these power Seats

Here is my issue rear goes up all the way. Front Part way then stops moves forward so after looking at it the motors all run so Im guessing the front Plastic deal in the center needs replaced as it must be striped.

I honestly dont car if it goes down anymore I just want the thing ALL THE WAY UP as my wife and I are short! Just purchase the truck and it worked for a week took it to a shop for a repair and they put the seat all the way down! Now we are setting more or less on the floor as I dont think the rear is really going up all the way.

Is there a way to manually put it up and then Ill just unplug the motor so it cant go back down again? Really Frustrated very hard to drive right now. Any help would be great! Part numbers ext. I have had no luck over the last 2 days. 2nd h3 love these dang trucks!
Thanks

THey are the tan Cashmere why? I got it fixed not sure what the deal was I removed all 4 bolts and messed with the switch and bam working again. No clue why how or what but I bolted it back down and its fine. lol. Stupid hummers. Next will be replacing the bad CV boot but from what I can tell Im best off to just by a complete shaft and save my self the headache of putting a new boot on it.

I was asking the color and material of the seat just in case you needed a new driver seat our group would know what you needed.
I have always found it best to replace the entire front CV shaft with a ne ACDelco unit. We wheel ours and have heard way to many horror stories of the "inexpensive" shafts.

Non of our local auto parts stores stock the AC Delco shafts Ill look online and see if I can find them. Looks like to me this lift has really bad Shaft angles that is causing the boots to wear faster. Drivers side has really bright black marks where its rubbing on its self. Wish the boots were not so hard to replace Or id just put a different style boot on it and be done. Then again no idea how long this guy has been running this with a ripped boot hence replacing it to be safe it doesnt break as they are extremely hard to clean out.

Found the AC delco Shafts at rock auto Next day delivery so will have the good one here tomorrow
Thanks for the advice I read some of the reviews on the Cheap ones on both Advance and O'rilly and some were good but man quite a few with bad experience in a very short number of miles!
How much do you sell the Drives seats for this ones pretty beat up. (Just Curious in case it gives us fits again)
