The passenger side read turnsignal light stays on steady even when the car is off?

 

Either the previous owner did some jenky wiring or it's the OEM trailer wire harness where it attaches to the frame behind the rear bumper (driver side).
It rubs on the frame and has been known to cause tail light issues.
