Default 2006 H3 3.5 to 3.7 swap

I bought a 2006 H3 and did a 3.5 to 3.7 swap. Engine and accessories minus PCM, 3.7 came from a 07 as the seller said.

It was running before but there is no compression on the 4th cylinder. When i was taking out the engine i noticed most of yhe bolts are loose in the intake manifold, 2 broken bolt in the exhaust manifold causing the ex manifold to crack. 2 bolts snapped on the valve cover and the engine is bathed with oil. I lost inrerest i rebuilding it so i bought and installed this 3.7.

Battery is full charge, replaced battery terminal soldered it. No codes on OBDII. NOW IT WONT CRANK. HELP!!!

OKAY.
The replacement engine is from an 2007 H3?
The engine management computer (ecm) is from an 2006 H3?
As is are the TCM?

I believe if memory serves me correct the two are not compatible.
I believe you needed the 2007 H3 (ecm).

And of course if that is not correct apologies.

did you check if the starter is getting power when cranking? maybe your fuse box harness is not fully seated?. are your chassis grounds connected? connect a jumper cable from battery ground to the engine block to test.

I did that, removed all ground connections sanded it and installed it back. Jumper cable from negative to block. When i used the screw driver to bypass the ignition it cranked.

test if you have power at the starter solenoid wire while cranking you can use a test light while some one turns the key over. also make sure that the transmission is showing that it is in park on your cluster also no flashing security light.

Thank you everyone for the help, i did the test for the starter and sure is there is no power going to the solenoid. Went back to the basic, printed starter wiring diagram and it directed me to fuse # 05, 33 and 85. 33 is busted and 85 just broke into pieces when i pull it out.

Thanks again!!
