Default 2 questions, need advice

I just bought a 2006 H3 in great shape BUT I have two issues that I would like advice with.
1) the key I got with the H3 is just a regular key with no chip or anything, and it has no keyless remote SO, is that key normal for am H3 and if I add the key less entry would it cause a problem.
2) I need to replace the side mirror, the whole things, they are expensive and hard to find, are the compatible with any other vehicle?

Any advice is greatly welcome, thank u.

Return the H3 & get your money back, or trade it for a KIA.

I just had to get a new key and fob programmed on mine, it ran about $300 at the dealer. The passenger mirror was broken on mine, I found one on Amazon for $300 that I have on order.

For almost $100 less you could have skipped the OEM type fobs that have poor range and installed a remote start alarm with fobs that have 2-3 the range and gained greater function.

Keys for H3s have no chip.
