Your coolant temp is 194*
Whats the issue here?

Which is completely normal.

While low speed wheeling in PA I've seen my 07 get to 219, still no big deal.

That said, a coolant drain and refill for an older truck is not a bad idea since you likely have no record of when it was last done.

Had my 07 for 12 years and sold it this spring about 2 months after I found my 09 Alpha Off Road. So continuously since Feb 07.

Well I hooked up the scanner today after i got the motor heated up and it read 218 degrees i just changed the coolant temp sensor gonna see if that helps

218 is still fine if thats the max and with a/c. The pressure cap is 14LBs which means coolant (50/50 mix) shouldnt boil before hitting 260* + (not saying you should).

I changed the sensor and it is still doing the same thing in just gonna keep driving it and hope for the best i hope its ok

Yet, still no pic of your temp gauge?
Your posts are all over the place. Yesterday, @9:18am you posted the ambient temp was 69°F, yet the solus showed 62°F, and there is no way you could lose -7°F ambient temp @194°F ect, it would be more likely for the solus to show plus the actual ambient temp.
Do you own a Hummer?
