The scanner reads 208 degrees

Post a pic of your temp gauge at 208°F on the scanner.

Ok i will in the morning at 208 degrees the needle is a little above the halfway mark

There's a new term from you. So far you stated:
A little over
Close to
A little above

When I diagnosed a high temp gauge a few years back on my H3, the source was the ect.

This is where my temp is at this morning and thats just because its 69 degrees outside ill take another pic when it reads 208 degrees once it gets hotter outside

Your scanner shows 62°F ambient temp?
