07’ Windows & Sunroof don’t work - locks fine
So I have spent a lot of time combing over these forums and have a lot of useful info (replacing the drain tubes, reroute for leaks, spot on!!!), but we have a problem bugging us to death.
So we got the H3 back from the shop, new battery, new terminals, everything is fine. Fast forward a week, intermittent issues using the Windows/sunroof switch. Since we have had this issue before when a battery was going bad, water leaks, etc we did the usual of pulling relays, fuses, unhook battery, touch terminals, etc but this time, nothing has worked. Bad news, the sunroof is fully open and we can’t shut it. Any suggestions, fixes we maybe haven’t heard of? Remember, our door locks are working fine, so this is 2 out of 3 of the “normal” issues.
P.S. We are not going to a dealer around here, they never fix anything and if the computer doesn’t throw a code and the volts look good, they tell us there is nothing much they can do.

The usual???? "unhook battery, touch terminals" would be unusual as with late model GMs, that does nothing, zero, nada. GMs store the last 300 ignition cycles in flash based memory, power or no power.
Have you checked for power at the sunroof switch? If not, do that. If there is power, you may have a bad switch. Jump the switch to close the sunroof and replace switch later.
If there is now power, you may have issues from a wet BCM, inspect the BCM.
